FLASHRAISING ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: April 9, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Flashraising (“Platform”), operated by Platform Solutions LLC.
________________________________________
1. SELF-SERVICE MEANS SELF-RESPONSIBILITY
Flashraising is designed for speed and simplicity. That does not reduce your obligations.
You are fully responsible for ensuring your activity is compliant.
________________________________________
2. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the Platform for:
2.1 Illegal or Non-Compliant Fundraising
• Operating without required registrations
• Violating solicitation laws
________________________________________
2.2 Misuse of Funds
• Diverting funds from stated purpose
• Misleading donors
________________________________________
2.3 Payment Abuse
• Artificially inflating transactions
• Testing cards or running unauthorized payments
• Structuring transactions to avoid detection
________________________________________
2.4 High-Risk or Restricted Activities
Including but not limited to:
• Gambling or sweepstakes without compliance
• Adult services
• Controlled substances
• Weapons
• Financial scams or schemes
________________________________________
3. STRIPE DEPENDENCY
Flashraising relies on Stripe Connect Standard.
This means:
• Stripe—not us—controls payment acceptance
• Stripe may freeze funds or shut down accounts
• We cannot reverse or intervene
________________________________________
4. AUTOMATED ENFORCEMENT
Because this is a self-service platform:
• Enforcement may be automated
• Accounts may be shut down without human review
• There may be no warning or appeal
________________________________________
5. TERMINATION
We may terminate your access at any time for:
• Policy violations
• Risk signals
• Stripe enforcement actions
________________________________________
6. NO LIABILITY
We are not responsible for:
• Loss of funds
• Account shutdowns
• Business interruption
________________________________________
7. FINAL NOTE
If you are unsure whether your use is compliant, assume it isn’t and fix it before using the Platform.
